Yes, we offer a free Click & Collect service. Simply select the 'Pick Up' option during checkout, and we will notify you via email as soon as your items are ready for collection at our hardware counter.
What is your return policy for hardware and tools?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Please note that custom-cut materials and special orders may be exempt from returns.
Do you offer trade accounts for local contractors?
